Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing SKYiCloud. We strive to provide the best hosting services for your business. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1. Definitions
- Company: “SKYiCloud”, having its registered business address at House No 1, Sagarpara, Jalangi, Murshidabad, West Bengal, Pin: 742306, India.
- Customer / User: Any individual, business, or legal entity purchasing or using SKYiCloud services.
- Services: Includes but is not limited to web hosting, VPS, cloud servers, reseller hosting, domains, licenses, add-ons, and managed services.
- Website: http://skyicloud.com/
- You / Your: Refers to the Customer or User of SKYiCloud services.
2. Account Activation & Billing
Payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or PayPal are processed instantly and services are activated automatically after successful verification. Payments made via cheque may take up to five (5) business days to clear. Services paid via cash or postal order will be activated on the same business day upon confirmation.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
The money-back guarantee is strictly available to first-time customers only. Customers who previously held an account, cancelled it, or maintain multiple accounts are not eligible. We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on specific Web Hosting plans only.
4. Refund Eligibility & Replacement
4.1 Eligible Services
- Shared Hosting – 7 Days
- WordPress Hosting – 7 Days
- Cloud Hosting – 7 Days
- Reseller Hosting – 7 Days
Refund eligibility applies only to annual or longer billing cycles. Monthly, quarterly, and short-term plans are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are approved only in cases of genuine technical issues that remain unresolved by our support team.
4.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are Strictly Non-Refundable:
- VPS Hosting (Virtual Private Servers)
- Dedicated Servers
- Domain Registration, Transfer, or Renewal (Instant payout to registrar)
- WHMCS & Control Panel Licenses (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)
- Microsoft OS / SQL Licenses
- Any Paid Software or License
- SSL Certificates
- SiteLock, CodeGuard
- Website Builder
- Add-on Services & Managed Support
- LiteSpeed & Softaculous
4.2 Non-Refundable Services
- In case of service-related issues such as VPS server hardware failure, network problems, or other technical faults originating from our infrastructure, the affected service may be replaced at no additional cost, subject to internal verification.
- However, certain replacement requests may be chargeable depending on the nature of the issue, customization requirements, and service availability at the time of request. All replacement decisions are solely at the discretion of SKYiCloud and depend on resource availability.
5. Refund Deductions
If your hosting plan includes a free domain or paid license, the cost of such items including applicable GST will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds do not include taxes, setup fees, bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs.
6. Platform & Technical Limitations
OpenVZ VPS does not support GUI, kernel upgrades, or BIOS modifications. KVM Cloud Hosting supports kernel upgrades but not BIOS modifications. Requests outside supported platform capabilities are not eligible for refunds.
7. Service Suspension or Termination
No refunds will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Usage Policy, illegal usage, abuse, or misuse of system resources.
8. Refund Request Process
- Log in to your SKYiCloud Client Area
- Submit a ticket under the Support section
- Clearly mention your refund request and reason Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Client Area. Refund completion may take up to two (2) weeks from the date of approval.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Murshidabad, West Bengal, India.
11. Policy Modifications
SKYiCloud reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
