Refund Policy & Biling Terms

If you are making payment via credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal, your account will be activated immediately after the transaction is verified. If you prefer to use a cheque, please allow 5 business days for it to clear. If you opt for postal orders or cash, your account will be set up on the same day.

The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to first-time customers. If you had previously opened an account with us, cancelled it and then signed up again, you will not qualify for a refund. The same applies if you have multiple accounts with us.

No refunds will be issued if the web hosting account was found to be in violation of our terms of service, used for any illegal activities, or abused system resources. Additionally, the refund will not cover any taxes, setup fees, refund processing fee, postal charges, payment processing charges, or bank fees. We are also unable to provide refunds for web hosting accounts after 30 days or beyond the scope of our refund policy.

If your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause, you agree that no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service, or for any setup or other fees paid in connection with the service.

Every hosting platform has its own limitation and capabilities. OpenVZ VPS does not support GUI and you cannot upgrade the kernel or alter BIOS setting. For KVM Cloud hosting, kernel upgrade is possible but it is not possible to alter BIOS settings. In either case, any changes that are not supported by the hosting platform are not eligible for a refund.

If you cancel your web hosting service with SKYiCloud, which includes a free domain name, the domain charges will be deducted from any refund you receive. If the refund amount is less than the cost of the domain name, you must either pay the difference or forfeit the domain name. In the event that you fail to pay the difference, the ownership of the domain will remain with SKYiCloud.

Cancellation Process

Once the cancellation request has been sent, it will take two weeks for the refund to be completed.
